INFORMATION ON YUGOSLAV VISA FOR U.S. CITIZENS

Yugoslav visa can be obtained by submitting an application to the Consular-Section of the Embassy of Yugoslavia in person or by mail at the above address.

You need to submit:

  1. passport;
  2. completed general visa application form, or journalist visa application form, that can be obtained at the Embassy, or at our Agency;
  3. money order or cash in the amount of US $ 45 (for the purpose of modernizing computer system for automated processing of visa applications); and
  4. stamped, self - addressed envelope (certified, express, Fedex, or other).
No photographs or proof of immunization are required.

For business or official travel, it is necessary to state the nature of business, expected duration of the visit as well as the name and address-of the company or institution you are visiting.

For those traveling by car only a national driver's license and vehicle documents are required.

Persons travelling on a U.S. permit to re-enter the U.S. should submit a completed general visa application form. You should allow up to 4 weeks waiting period. The Consular section reserves the right to deny visa after it has been applied for. There will be a US $20 charge per application.

At Yugoslav border, you will be asked to declare the amount of cash you bring into the country end receive a receipt. Upon leaving the country, the amount of cash you carry out cannot exceed the amount on the receipt.
